Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") regulate your use of the Abu Garcia website and any purchases made through this platform. By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Your order represents an offer to purchase subject to Abu Garcia's acceptance. We review all orders and reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel orders due to:

Stock shortages;
Payment problems;
Fraud prevention measures.

Order Processing and Shipping

Once accepted, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes between 7-12 business days.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your selected items and destination.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Returns are accepted only if products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility except if the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your returned items, Abu Garcia will process your reimbursement within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued solely to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Requests after this period may not be accepted as processing times may cause your order to be finalized.

Ownership of Content

All text, images, trademarks, codes, and website structure remain the intellectual property of Abu Garcia or its licensors and are legally protected.
